Strategic Planning for SME’s and Non-Profits
20 June 2024While there may be economic uncertainty due to inflation pressures, increasing prices and supply chain impacts. However, we are optimistic about the future.
We are receiving more requests from entrepreneurs, business owners and non-profit organizations. Many feel it is a time to revisit their business plan because of the economic headwinds. Consider meeting with us to discuss your business and plan of action.
Why choose to work with the Business Advisory Group?
Our clients cite two things that set us apart from other advisors:
- We provide invaluable business advice tailored to each client.
- We offer an independent viewpoint of your business.
The Business Advisory Group, founded in 1984, is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization of experienced business leaders, dedicated to assisting businesses, entrepreneurs and non-profits overcome obstacles, explore opportunities, and achieve business goals. Our team of business experts volunteer their time to provide independent advice tailored to each client.
Our longevity and the strength of our value proposition clearly lies in the collective wisdom of our volunteer members, who typically have 30+ years or more of successful, hard won, practical business experience – we’ve likely faced many of the challenges you haven’t yet and can help you avoid! We offer an independent viewpoint of your business.
Our members also share a strong passion to give back to the community and hence, the modest fee for our services. Where else can you get years of experience dedicated to your business problems for three hours for only $195! Our nominal fees are designed to be well below “market value” and are used to cover basic organizational expenses.
We expanded our advisory sessions to meet with new and returning clients via online meetings. When meeting spaces re-open, we will provide the option for in-person advisory sessions.
In addition to our pre-scheduled online and in-person advisory sessions, some of the other activities and organizations that the Business Advisory Group supports include:
